Gr8 Romantic Relatives: Saturday, October 25, 2025, 4 PM
Reston Community Center – Hunters Woods

The Reston Community Orchestra opens its 38th season with two favorite works of the Romantic era: Concerto for Violin and Viola in e minor, by Max Bruch; and Symphony No. 8 in G Major, by Antonin Dvorak. Our concerto soloists are local favorites, Marcolivia, who have frequently delighted RCO audiences. Note that both pieces are the 88th work (Opus 88) of the respective composers, and the keys they chose for these pieces are relative minor and and major of each other – a gr8 fit!
